In 1995, three development firms recognized a need for high volume, high quality industrial/flex/office space on the I-95 corridor. Recognizing that meeting the need would require long term staying power spanning decades, the three joined forces to form I-95 Business Parks Management.THE GOAL
Their objective was simple, yet challenging: to provide large campus settings for upscale industrial/flex/office uses with immediate access to major transportation corridors. Since that time, over 750,000 square feet of new space has been delivered to date at the Gunston Commerce Center (Lorton) and Prince William Commons (Potomac Mills/Woodbridge area) campuses, all major infrastructure elements have been completed, and an additional 650,000 square feet of office, industrial and amenity retail is under development.THE RESULT
As the projects began delivering customized space to nationally recognized tenants and major government users, articles began appearing in the Washington Post and the Washington Business Journal about these developments, and the Washington Business Journal recognized the Colchester campus as the best Industrial/Flex project in the Washington area.
The success of these projects has been the result of a simple formula: a laser-like focus on customer needs, and a long term commitment to the development of the best platforms for industrial and office space in the I-95 corridor.Contact Us Today!
